Shipping & Delivery Policy

At RSMAT Printing Press, we provide shipping and delivery options for printed products based on the customer’s location, order size, weight, production requirements, and the selected shipping method.

1. Delivery Areas

We provide delivery services inside Turkey. We can also arrange shipping to Iraq and other countries depending on the order details and available shipping options.

International shipping availability, cost, and delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and shipping company.

2. Order Processing and Production Time

Most of our products are custom-made and printed according to the customer’s approved design, quantity, size, and specifications.

Production starts only after:

• All required order details are received

• The final design or print file is approved by the customer

• The required payment or deposit is confirmed through the agreed payment method, if applicable

Production time varies depending on the product type, quantity, printing specifications, and current production schedule. The estimated production time will be shared with the customer before or after confirming the order.

3. Shipping Time

Shipping time starts after the order has been completed and handed over to the shipping company.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and carrier. Delays may occur due to customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, shipping company delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Methods

Depending on the destination and order type, shipping may be arranged through one of the following methods:

• Local delivery inside Turkey

• Cargo companies inside Turkey

• International cargo companies

• Express shipping services

• Land shipping

• Sea freight for large or heavy orders

The available shipping method will be confirmed with the customer based on the order details.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package size, package weight, shipping method, and delivery requirements.

Whenever possible, shipping costs will be shared with the customer before confirming the order. Some orders may require a separate shipping quote.

6. Customer Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including:

• Full name or company name

• Full delivery address

• City and country

• Phone number

• Any required delivery notes

RSMAT Printing Press is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Receiving the Order

The customer should inspect the package upon delivery. If there is visible damage, missing items, or any delivery-related issue, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Please provide clear photos or videos of the package and the affected items so we can review the issue properly.

8. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other destination-country charges may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing before shipping.
