Ownership of RSMAT's name and logo
RSMAT’s name, logo, and visual identity are owned by RSMAT Company and registered according to the official procedures approved in Turkey.
It is not allowed to use RSMAT’s name, its logo, or any similar elements on websites, accounts, ads, or business correspondence without getting prior written approval from the company’s management.
Unauthorized use includes, for example:
- Creating pages or accounts in the name of RSMAT.
- Using a logo RSMAT, or a design similar to it.
- Impersonating the company or one of its representatives.
- Using the name ‘RSMAT’ to collect money or information from clients.
- Claiming to have a partnership or official relationship with RSMAT without authorization.
We reserve the right to take appropriate actions to protect our brand and our customers’ interests, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
Warning from unauthorized accounts and sources
RSMAT should not ask customers to pay membership fees or transfer money to undisclosed accounts through our official channels.
Please make sure that communication is done through the contact information listed on our official website or the official accounts linked to it. And don’t share your personal or financial information with anyone claiming to represent RSMAT before verifying them.
How do you report suspicious use?
