At RSMAT Printing Press, we provide different payment options depending on the customer’s location, order type, order value, and agreed production requirements.

Payment details will be confirmed with the customer before production begins.

Orders submitted through the website, WhatsApp, email, or social media are reviewed manually, and the available payment method is confirmed with the customer before the order is processed.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Currently, RSMAT Printing Press does not process card payments or online checkout payments directly through the website.

Depending on the order and customer location, we may accept one or more of the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash payment at our office, when agreed before confirming the order

  • Approved local transfer methods

  • Approved international transfer methods

  • Payment by invoice or agreed payment arrangement for approved business customers

  • Other payment methods agreed in writing before confirming the order

The available payment method will be confirmed with the customer before the order is processed.

2. Payment Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after the required payment or deposit is received and approved by RSMAT Printing Press.

Production may not begin until payment is confirmed, especially for custom printed products, large quantity orders, packaging orders, or orders requiring special materials.

3. Deposits and Advance Payments

Some orders may require full payment or an advance deposit before production begins.

The required payment amount depends on the product type, order value, quantity, material, production requirements, and customer agreement.

If a deposit is required, the remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment terms before delivery, shipment, or order handover, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Currency

Prices and payments may be handled in different currencies depending on the order, customer location, and agreement.

Any currency conversion, transfer fees, bank fees, or payment service fees may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed before payment.

5. Payment Delays

If payment is delayed, RSMAT Printing Press may delay or pause design work, production, delivery, shipment, or handover until the required payment is completed.

Production timelines may change if payment or approval is delayed by the customer.

6. Payment Verification

For bank transfers or other transfer methods, the customer may be asked to send proof of payment.

Payments are considered completed only after the amount is received and verified by RSMAT Printing Press.

7. Failed or Incomplete Payments

If a payment fails, is reversed, is incomplete, or cannot be verified, the order may be placed on hold until the issue is resolved.

RSMAT Printing Press is not responsible for delays caused by failed payments, banking issues, incorrect transfer details, or third-party payment service delays.

8. Refunds

Refunds, when approved, are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

For custom printed products, refunds may be limited after the customer approves the design or print file and production begins.

Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method or another agreed payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank, payment provider, or transfer method.

9. Invoices and Receipts

Invoices, receipts, or payment confirmations may be provided upon request or according to the agreed order process.

Customers should ensure that billing information is accurate before requesting an invoice.

10. Security

RSMAT Printing Press does not ask customers to share sensitive card information through the website, email, WhatsApp, or any unsecured communication channel.

Since card payment and online checkout payment are not currently processed directly through our website, customers should only use the payment method officially confirmed by RSMAT Printing Press before order confirmation.

Customers should not send full card numbers, card photos, passwords, verification codes, or sensitive banking information through email, WhatsApp, contact forms, or social media messages.

11. Payment and Production

For custom printed products, production may require payment confirmation before work begins.

This is because most orders are produced specifically for the customer according to approved design files, quantities, materials, and printing specifications.

Once production begins, cancellation or refund options may be limited according to our Return & Refund Policy and Artwork Approval Policy.
