All you need to know
After the preview copy sent to the customer is approved, there is no possibility to return the printed products according to this inspection.
Products are returned for one of the following reasons:
The arrival of the product is damaged or damaged.
The product is printed by mistake or the printing differs from the copy of the preview sent.
There is a shortage in the quantity mentioned in the product specifications.
Note:
It is not possible to accept the return of damaged or used products by the customer, and when the products are reprinted for any reason, the work and printing will be done on the last preview file sent to the customer as it is without making new modifications.
