By using our website or placing an order with RSMAT Printing Press, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the website, our business, or other users.

You must not use our website to submit false information, upload harmful files, attempt unauthorized access, or request products that violate laws, intellectual property rights, public safety regulations, or our business policies.

3. Products and Services

Most products offered by RSMAT Printing Press are custom-made and produced according to the customer’s approved design, size, quantity, material, finishing, and printing specifications.

Product images, mockups, samples, and previews shown on the website are for illustration purposes. The final printed product may vary slightly depending on material, printing method, finishing, production conditions, and screen color differences.

4. Quotes and Pricing

Prices may vary depending on product type, size, quantity, material, printing specifications, finishing options, production requirements, delivery location, and currency exchange changes.

A quote is valid only for the period stated in the quote. If no validity period is mentioned, the quote may be updated before order confirmation.

RSMAT Printing Press reserves the right to correct pricing errors, update prices, or request additional payment if the order requirements change after the initial quote.

5. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after the required order details are received, the customer approves the final specifications or design, and the required payment or deposit is confirmed through the agreed payment method, if applicable.

Currently, RSMAT Printing Press does not process card payments or online checkout payments directly through the website. Orders submitted through the website, WhatsApp, email, or social media may be reviewed manually before confirmation.

Production will not begin until all required information, files, approvals, and agreed payment requirements are completed.

6. Artwork, Design Files, and Customer Approval

Before production begins, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all details in the design or print file, including:

• Text and spelling

• Phone numbers and contact information

• Addresses

• Colors

• Sizes

• Quantities

• Layout and final artwork

• Product specifications

• Material and finishing details

Once the customer approves the final design or print file, RSMAT Printing Press is not responsible for mistakes that were present in the approved file.

Any changes requested after approval may require additional fees and may affect the production timeline.

7. Color and Print Variations

Colors shown on screens may differ from printed colors due to screen settings, material type, printing method, lighting, and finishing.

Minor color variations, cutting variations, folding variations, or production tolerance differences may occur in printed products and are considered normal within professional printing standards.

If exact color matching is required, the customer should request a physical proof or special color matching service before production, when available.

8. Customer Responsibility for Submitted Content

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all submitted logos, images, designs, trademarks, text, and files are legally owned by them or that they have permission to use them.

RSMAT Printing Press is not responsible for legal claims related to customer-submitted content, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or unauthorized use of third-party materials.

We reserve the right to reject any order that contains illegal, offensive, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized content.

9. Payment Terms

Payment terms may vary depending on the order type, customer agreement, and production requirements.

Currently, RSMAT Printing Press does not process card payments or online checkout payments directly through the website.

Some orders may require full payment or a deposit before production begins. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid according to the agreed payment terms before delivery, shipment, or order handover, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The available payment method will be confirmed with the customer before the order is processed.

RSMAT Printing Press may pause or delay production, delivery, shipment, or file handover until the required payment is confirmed.

10. Production Time

Production time depends on product type, quantity, specifications, material availability, finishing requirements, and current production schedule.

Any production time shared with the customer is an estimate unless clearly confirmed in writing as a fixed deadline.

Delays may occur due to design changes, late approvals, payment delays, material shortages, machine issues, shipping delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are handled according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. RSMAT Printing Press is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Shipping costs, delivery time, customs fees, import duties, and destination-country charges may vary depending on the order and delivery location.

12. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, reprints, and cancellations are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Because most of our products are custom printed, orders cannot usually be cancelled, returned, or exchanged after the customer approves the final design or print file and production has started.

13. Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, layout, logos, and design elements, is owned by RSMAT Printing Press or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission from RSMAT Printing Press.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may include links to third-party websites, tools, shipping services, external platforms, or payment-related services when available.

RSMAT Printing Press is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services.

15. Limitation of Liability

RSMAT Printing Press will make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality products and services. However, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, business interruption, or damages resulting from delays, customer-submitted errors, incorrect information, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our responsibility for any confirmed issue is limited to one of the solutions described in our Return & Refund Policy, such as reprint, partial compensation, partial refund, or full refund when applicable.

16. Force Majeure

RSMAT Printing Press is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, transportation delays, customs delays, government actions, power outages, internet outages, machine breakdowns, supplier delays, or public emergencies.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.
