Return & Refund Policy

At RSMAT Printing Press, most of our products are custom-made and printed according to each customer’s approved design, size, quantity, and printing specifications. For this reason, returns and refunds are handled according to the conditions below.

1. Custom Printed Products

Custom printed products cannot be returned or exchanged after the customer approves the final design or print file and production has started.

This includes, but is not limited to, business cards, catalogs, brochures, stickers, packaging, bags, folders, printed stationery, and any other customized printed materials.

2. Artwork and Design Approval

Before printing starts, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all details in the design or print file, including:

  • Text and spelling

  • Phone numbers and contact details

  • Addresses

  • Colors

  • Sizes

  • Quantities

  • Product specifications

  • Layout and final artwork

Once the design or print file is approved by the customer, RSMAT Printing Press is not responsible for mistakes that were present in the approved file.

3. Cases Eligible for Review

A return, replacement, partial refund, or reprint may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The final product has a clear production error caused by RSMAT Printing Press.

  • The printed product is significantly different from the approved specifications.

  • The order was damaged before or during delivery.

  • There is a clear shortage in the agreed quantity.

Each case will be reviewed individually based on the order details and the evidence provided.

4. Reporting a Problem

If there is any issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

5. Refunds and Reprints

After reviewing the issue, RSMAT Printing Press may offer one of the following solutions depending on the case:

  • Reprinting the affected item or part of the order

  • Partial compensation

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund, only if the issue is proven to be caused by RSMAT Printing Press

Refunds, when approved, will be processed through the original agreed payment method or another payment method confirmed with the customer. Processing times may vary depending on the bank, transfer provider, or agreed payment method.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before design work or production begins.

If design work, file preparation, or production has already started, cancellation may not be possible, or the cost of completed work may be deducted from the refund.

Once printing production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by RSMAT Printing Press.

If a return is approved, the return shipping method and cost will be agreed upon with the customer before any item is sent back.
